Terms of Service

Last updated September 6, 2026. These are the terms on which you use atlbiz.biz and on which we handle what you send us through it.

1. Who these terms are between

“We”, “us” and “RKP Atlantic” mean RKP Atlantic Business Services, a trading name of 687441 NB Inc., 105-69 Cap Bimet Blvd., Grand-Barachois, NB E4P 6X5, Canada. “You” means whoever is using this website or sending us information through it.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

2. What this site is

atlbiz.biz is the informational and marketing website of an independent sales agent for merchant services. It describes what we do, the products we resell and support, and how to reach us. It is not a payment system. No transaction is processed here, and no card details are collected here.

3. We are an agent, not your acquirer

This is the most important thing on this page. When you accept cards, your merchant agreement is between you and the acquirer or processor — not between you and us. We introduce you to them, configure and support your equipment, and stay your point of contact, but the account, the funds, the settlement and the card-network obligations sit with the acquirer under the agreement you sign with them.

That means the acquirer’s terms govern your account. Where anything on this website differs from the agreement you sign with them, their agreement controls.

4. Nothing here is an offer or a guarantee

Rates, fees, equipment, features and savings described on this site are illustrative and depend on your business, your card mix, your volume and the acquirer’s underwriting. Nothing on this website is a binding quote, an offer of credit, or a promise that any application will be approved. Your actual pricing is whatever appears in the agreement you sign.

Product descriptions are drawn from the manufacturers’ and acquirers’ own published material, which they can change without telling us.

5. Information and files you send us

When you send us a processing statement, an application or any other document, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that what is in it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We use it for the purpose you sent it for — pricing, an application, or answering your question — and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Financing enquiries

We are not a lender. The financing form on this site is an introduction to third-party funding partners: we pass your details to them, with your consent, and they decide whether to make an offer and on what terms. Any funding agreement is between you and that partner.

7. Third-party names and trademarks

Elavon, Converge, talech, Clover, Fiserv, Nuvei, Moneris, PAX, Interac, Visa, Mastercard and American Express, among others, are the trademarks of their respective owners. We name them because we resell, support, compare or write about their products. Naming them does not make us them, and does not imply that they endorse this website.

8. Links to other sites

Where we link out — to an acquirer, a manufacturer, a news article or a regulator — we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to attack or overload it, to scrape it at a scale that degrades it for anyone else, or to submit someone else’s information as if it were your own. We may block access if you do.

10. Availability

We keep the site up as best we can, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

11. Warranties and liability

The information on this website is provided as it is, for general information. We do not warrant that it is complete, current or fits your particular circumstances, and it is not legal, accounting or financial advice.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the obligations either of us owes under a signed agreement between us.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of New Brunswick have jurisdiction — without taking away any right you have to bring a matter in the province where you live.
